How do I activate my licence?

Open BlissfulScribe, click the menu bar icon → Manage Licence, and paste your licence key. You'll need an internet connection for the one-time activation step.

How do I request a refund?

Select "Refund request" in the form to the left and include your order reference. We honour all refund requests within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

What info helps with a bug report?

Your macOS version, your BlissfulScribe version (visible in the app menu), steps to reproduce the issue, and any error messages or screenshots you can share.

I lost my licence key. Can you resend it?
